Collaboration is an integral aspect of business growth. Over the years, collaboration among businesses has proven to boost innovation, build capacity, help businesses gain competitive advantage, enhance product development, and improve customer satisfaction.

Collaboration through capacity building activities aimed at strengthening and maintaining the capabilities of female entrepreneurs and small business owners would help minimize the negative impacts of current social, economic and environmental crises and the emerging challenges they face. In Northern Nigeria, women have less opportunity for earning adequate incomes, access to education, health care, access to positions of power and decision making, less control of the formal economic and other structures of the society in which they live and work.

In order to change the narrative and create a formidable business ecosystem for female entrepreneurs in Katsina state, The Katsina Inner Wheel Development Initiative, in collaboration with Divas Beauty Care, has organized a one-day workshop for CEOs, SMEs, and MSMEs.

The workshop, which was tagged Business Operation and Affiliate Marketing, had in attendance over 150 business owners within and outside the Katsina Metropolis.
